Control Bricks are used to "control" the flow of the program. It can be used to start and stop screens, loop actions, start scenes, or create clones of objects.


Wait (1) second

"Wait for seconds" brick

Waits a specified number of seconds, then continues to run the next brick.

"Continue scene" brick

Continues the scene selected from where it was last left off. The scenes to be selected from appear in a drop-down list that appears when the brick is tapped. To create a new scene, tap "New..." 

Start scene (Scene/New...)

"Start scene" brick

Starts the scene selected from the beginning. The scenes to be selected from appear in a drop-down list that appears when the brick is tapped. To create a new scene, tap "New..." 

Stop script/s (Stop this script / Stop all scripts / Stop other scripts of this object)

Stops running the specified script/s (chain of bricks), which can be set to the current script, all scripts, or all scripts of the current object. The script/s specified can be set from a drop-down list that appears when the brick is tapped.

"Stop this script" brick

Stops the current script.

"Stop all scripts" brick

Stops all scripts of all objects.

"Stop all scripts of this object" brick

Stops all other scripts of the current object.

Create clone of (Object)

"Create clone of" brick

Creates a clone (duplicate) of the current or the specified sprite. The sprites to be selected from appear in a drop-down list that appears when the brick is tapped.

Delete this clone

"Delete this clone" brick

Deletes the current clone.

When I start as a clone

"When I start as a clone" brick

Tells a clone what to do once it is created. The following bricks are run as soon as the clone is created.
